My Alta HR stopped charging. I ordered a replacement charger from Fitbit and it’s still not charging.
I bought a Versa 2 for my husband in January and it won’t sync.
I can’t get any response from Fitbit.

I have a Alta HR and have struggled with this issue for over a year now. I have to take a toothpick and clean the area that the charger prawns hit. Then I take alcohol to the same area and clean again. On top of all that I take a pencil earser to same are plus the entire backside of Fitbit and the charger area too. Try to place the charger on Fitbit again. You may have to fiddle with it still but keep at it.
I am on this site today to send a notice to Fitbit regarding my long struggle.
