Band and Powering off

My alta hr keeps turning off and the bands come loose. i fixed the powering off but the band keeps falling off every 5 minutes how can I fix my band

my alta hr keeps turning off in like 5 secs after taking it off the charger. Also my band is broken and it keeps coming off. i need to know how to fix the powering off and the band. can anyone help?

Hi @Djr2  the powering off - are you able to see anything on the screen? As for the band, can you show us a picture? Here is the Alta HR user manual and related help articles link - click to go there. Is it possible you're still under warranty?

hi @Odyssey13, No i cant see any thing. when I put it on the wrist it turns off immediately and I do not know if I still have warranty. here is a picture of the band

hi again. just found out that i don't have warranty. what do I do if I don't have warranty to replace the band?

you posted right before I did! Well, the bands are easy to find. You can get them from a third party seller, such as Amazon. They retired the Alta series.

Odyssey13 can I do a battery test?

@Djr2  customer support is the one to ask about it. They can tell from your charging it up how things are going. I know the wait time is longer for them, but it might be a way to know for sure what's happening.

Left my alta he charging all night and now it is working. Yay😀😀😀!

Ok. So maybe worked for other people but mine turns off randomly and during workouts. Although I think I need a whole new component I am still trying to fix the one that I have now. Can anyone help?
