Hello,
My FitBit Alta HR has suddenly stopped working. It won't turn on, sync, or reset. When checking my phone it tells me there is not FitBit synced. I have tried charging the Fitbit on several different USB ports with no luck. I have tried resetting the Fitbit several times with no response.
Any ideas?

Hi there I've just experienced the same issue. My Alta hr won't turn on, vibrate and I've tried tried the restart suggestions. I've had me device for just over a year. I've cleaned it as suggested. Any thoughts? No device found on my phone, says 45 percent charged, but screen is dead and no vibrate. Would appreciate any help.

I’m having the same issues. I momentarily got it back yesterday for a few hours, but then it just stopped working.

I am having the same issue. I went running this morning, took off my fitbit to shower and it has been dead ever since. I've tried to charge, reboot and nothing happens. I've only had it about a year so have no idea why it would quit so soon
I've tried everything and it is now nighttime and i still can't get it to charge

Hi there, just an update on my situation. I was contacted by the support people and after following all the tips it was determined my device needed to be replaced. I want to thank you for your assistance with this. Deb
