My Fitbit Alta HR just started going crazy and scrolling through all my screens constantly. What is going on? Can I do a reset or is it broken? Even on the charger it goes between the battery symbol and the Fitbit symbol.

Best AnswerI think I've had it with Fitbit products especially since Google took over. I buy these nice interchangeable bands for it and then months later it goes crazy. Not worth the expense when there are other brands that do the same thing at a lower price. Plus I think I bought an extended warranty on this last one but have no idea where to find out about it. No one to contact at Fitbit. Just this stupid message board.
