My Fitbit Alta HR screen does not get switched on
Through the app I can see that Fitbit is working and recording steps etc.. and also syncs with my apple phone running on IOS 13.3
Hooked the charger to laptop USB (as well as Power) and clipped the the tracker to the charger and pressed the button on the charger for 3 times within 4 secs but that restart does not work
Please let me know how to get it going

the restart hadn’t been working for me for the past week. I left my device connected to charger for three days and nights and suddenly this morning it is working again even though I didn’t try restart. I did report via email to the Fitbit help Desk yesterday so don’t think it’s a coincidence that it suddenly started working today.
I do see that the app is showing msg that that are overwhelmed with complaints right now. Everything seems to have started on 8-10 May when app wasn’t recording anything even though my device was still working at that point. Then for days it’s wasn’t syncing but for an hour per day, then display disappeared from my device even though it still had a battery charge. Restart only worked once thru all this.
maybe my device had To totally go to zero Battery before it would reset?
