where did the clock face with date and day go? All seem unavailable actually. What has happened. Yes, my fitbit app is up to date

Hi, @Enelbee , still showing both a vertical and a horizontal one available in my app.
I would suggest logging out of your app and logging back in again (be sure you know the email address you used to set up your account, and the password).
If that doesn’t work, try deleting the app completely and then redownloading it. You will not lose any data by deleting the app (but again, make sure you know your email address and password.)

Hi Julia, thanks for replying! I tried both logging out as well as deleting and reinstalling the app, unsuccessfully sadly. All I see in my profile of latest update are smart watch faces! So frustrating. I cannot reach fitbit either so far.

@Enelbee , please can you confirm that you have an Alta Fitbit?
On the first screen on your app click top left on your profile icon. It will show you Fitbits attached to your account. Click on the icon for the fitbit you own and you should see “clock faces”. Click on that and you should see faces available for your Fitbit.
If this doesn’t make sense, please can you share screen shots of what you are seeing in your app?
Obviously due to the pandemic situation it is much more difficult than usual to reach Fitbit. But software issues - which sounds like what you have - can often be solved in the Community, as long as we have full information.

Hi @Enelbee (Nancy!) I am not seeing s picture with your post, and I think that would be really hellpful. Can you take a screen shot of what you are seeing in your app? You can attach a screen shot by clicking on the camera at the top of the message box when you are writing a message in the community.
Hopefully we can see what is going on.

Hi Julia!
Yes that ultimately worked. As I had tried out a smartwatch at one time,I had 2 sets of clockface menus. One other first page of my profile,which was only for smartwatches. However, when I selected my Alta HR the normal watchfaces for the Alta HR show up as you said! Success!! Thanks so much for helping me!
