My Fitbit screen is not turning in. I tried to restart it but nothing happened. I am quite sure it is still syncing but I can't see the screen the app also asked me to relink but but I can't get the verification code. Please help.
I think there is also I problem with my app it is asking me to log in every time but it said a message can't be sent. When I restart the app, I will then be logged in. I am on Samsung fold 5. Thanks.
