My Alta HR is so dim during the day I can’t use it. I is there something I can do? Can’t the company send a rebate or comp me towards anther Fit Bit?? This is upsetting special for the amount of money I paid for the product at one time

Hi @BeckiS67 the Alta HR was retired a few years back. I had one that did the same thing and got the Luxe to replace it. The Alta series was replaced by the Inspire series, so it's pretty old. You can always check with customer support, but they will probably tell you it's out of warranty and nothing can be done. With all the sales going on, the Inspire 3 and Luxe have been on sale for a good price. Why not check out the sales?

Yes, obviously increases revenue. But mine has only been worn for short periods in its lifetime, so can't be worn out. Maybe there isa decay program?
