Alta HR setup issues

Hi,

I have the Alta HR plugged into the computer via the charger/USB. I have the Fitbit app running, settings > Bluetooth > add Bluetooth device (I see Alta HR), click on the (found) Alta HR and I get Connecting ... and then get Try connecting again.

Any ideas?

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this setup issue. If you are having problems with this process, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
