Hi,
I have the Alta HR plugged into the computer via the charger/USB. I have the Fitbit app running, settings > Bluetooth > add Bluetooth device (I see Alta HR), click on the (found) Alta HR and I get Connecting ... and then get Try connecting again.
Any ideas?
