Randomly my Fit Bit has been asking me to go to the start up page online when it is charging. I have had this fit bit for almost a year and have had an account the entire time. I tried to go online to resyncing it but nothing happens. NONE of the troubleshooting from the site has been helpful. NOTHING has worked. I loved my fit bit, and this is incredibly frustrating. I have let the fit bit batter drain and recharge, same window. I have tried creating a new account. I have deleted the app and reloaded it. I have tried syncing from the computer and the app ,and it will not connect. My phone is up to date, (with the app) and will not even recognize the device. My Bluetooth will not recognize it either. ANY help would be appreciate!
