Alta HR setup issues

Help please, my alta hr is no longer refreshing, keeps saying mo devices found. So I uninstalled and now it wont let me set up device. My phone is a samsung s9+

Thanks for troubleshooting this syncing issue. If you can't now pair your unit, I recommend checking the article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.

I haven't used my Alta since covid started and I use again now. It synced my sleep data just once and never again. I cleaned the Fitbit data on my Android and reinstalled the app, restarted the Fitbit, restarted my phone, bluetooth off/on. I tried everything listed and it still doesn't add my Fitbit to devices. I can enter the pin that appears on the Fitbit Alta HR, then it says "connecting" but then it fails. Is my Fitbit now trash?
