Hi, I've had my Alta HR setup and working with my phone (Pixel 2) before but since I updated the Android system to version 11 it stopped syncing. Ive tried all the troubleshooting advice but with no success. The setting up gets to the point where I'm able to enter the 4-digit code from the device into the app it all fails.
I've even tried setting it up on my partner's phone which is identical to mine but still runs on Android 10 and it worked then. Can you please let me know what my options are?
