Alta HR stuck on Syncing and Refreshing

My Alta HR wont sync properly. It is sometimes tracking my steps and heart rate but last night did not track sleep, the battery percentage display on the app does not increase even though it is more than 30% charged. On the app it is stuck on "syncing and refreshing" with the spinning wheel next to it. I have tried cleaning the charger and device, restarting the fitbit, unpairing and repairing bloothtooth, closing the app and reopening, turning my phone on and off but nothing seems to work. A few weeks ago it started only charging to 80% (from laptop and from mains). I also got a new iphone a couple of weeks ago but it was working fine until last night. Has anyone had the same issues or have any advance to get this sorted?

My Versa 2 is doing the same thing! I did the same laundry list of things to fix it, including the latest update but nothing has worked. It will show my steps & heart beat but will not update my sleep tracking.
