My Alta HR has worked well for 2 years and I haven't had any trouble pairing and syncing . . . until Sunday, December 8. Now, it won't pair with Windows 10. I'm using the same laptop, app, etc. Please fix this ASAP.

Hi @KSCubsFan, it's good to see you around Community forums.
I'm sorry to see that you've been having trouble to sync your Alta HR to your computer.
Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Or if you're having trouble to setup your tracker, you can also follow the steps here: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Please keep me posted.

I restarted my Alta HR per the instructions and it still doesn't pair. It was working perfectly and then out of the blue it quit working. It's been 5 days now and I've tried pairing it almost every day and it still won't pair.
Knowing Fitbit, there's a timer inside my Alta HR that was counting down the days of service. When it reached that point, it shut off so I'd buy another. After 2 failed Charge HRs and this one, plus the inability to download my heart rate data, and reducing the amount of sleep data; I'm done with Fitbit. The product is faulty and management doesn't respond to the concerns of the users. This is nothing personal to you, Moderator, but is something I've seen during my 3 years as a Fitbit user.

I did all this over and over again at the beginning of September and the synching has been spotty at best over the several months. I have spent hours of my time going through the list of steps to log out then in, uninstall and re-install, un-pair and repair, use the computer, use the android, restart the Alta. It worked great for a long time and then it was just done apparently as of this past Tuesday. Now it only synchs on a plug in and restart with the cord, then it won't synch until I do that again. I see several similar comments with models other than Alta (Charge, Versa). I seriously think that Fitbit should spend more time making sure that their existing customers who have had their trackers for almost six years can continue to use them for longer than one year, and ensure consistent performance in the app which makes the whole expensive project worth more than a simple pedometer.
And yes, I have done all these steps so many times and I don't want to spend an hour on customer service while they make me do them all again, then tell me they are opening a case, and then nothing happens. Good luck. Time for me to delete my daily email telling me to buy a new tracker and actually buy one, but maybe not a Fitbit this time.

Customer Support contact me, but all they did was show me how to provide feedback to Microsoft. I haven't heard anything since providing my feedback. I then called Dell to see if they could help me troubleshoot the bluetooth. They found that I had my Alta HR paired to my old laptop and thought that that was causing the problem. They also suggested I remove the Alta HR from the Fitbit app. I unpaired it from my old laptop, removed the Alta HR, restarted my computer, but nothing changed. My Alta HR still won't pair.
