Since Thursday 26/02/2020, Alta hr is not recording distance of my runs and there is no average pace. My step count changes back and forth jumping from 6000 steps to 15 000 steps and back down to 8000 steps all in half a hour. While running the app would state 1 km in so many minutes, 2 km in so many minutes, split pace is .....,yet when I’ve done my 7km’s in 40min and stop the exercise tracker it displays that I’ve done 2 meters in 58min. Guess I’m not running for my country in the Vitality Running World Cup!!😡

I can’t offer you a solution but I think the whole app is up the shoot at the moment as there are a lot of similar problems being reported. The reviews on Play Store are appalling with everyone reporting that the app isn’t syncing properly so hopefully Fitbit are looking into fixing the app. Hopefully they will have a solution soon

I have similar issues. I talked to tech support yesterday and learned there is a known issue they are working on fixing. Look for next app update which hopefully fixes the problem.

I have had this issue for a couple of weeks and included this in a review in the Apple App Store. I received a response that basically told me that I needed to update the app or restart my Fitbit, blah blah blah. Sorry, Fitbit developers, this problem is on your end, not mine. When a bunch of people are reporting the same thing, it’s clearly related to your app. If I manually add an exercise, which is 90% of the time, I get the “not enough data” message and none of my workout info is accurate. I came on the message board today, because my sleep tracking is all messed up now. I did NOT go to bed at 4:30 every night this week and wake up around midnight. It would seem it’s off by 6 hrs and days of the week that were logged correctly earlier this week, now show incorrect info. Fitbit, please fix this issue. It’s been several weeks now, which seems to coincide with the most recent app updates in the Apple store.

The problem began with my most recent update. I am waiting for a new update to fix this problem.

Yes, same here. Will not show data when manually logging exercises. Was working till about 2 weeks ago. Have been in email support. No one at support has helped at all, just get the run around. Really frustrating.
