Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your Alta HR is not tracking Sleep Stages or sleep information at all? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which mobile device are you using to sync your Fitbit? In the meantime I receive your answers, I suggest you to restart your device and then wear it on your non-dominant hand when you're going to sleep.

It's happened a few times in the past, but this time it didn't record any sleep for 8 nights. Then last night it did. But didn't record the stages. I only sync to my computer. Windows 10.

Mine intermittently stopped tracking sleep a few days ago. Now my HR won't track sleep at all. I've changed nothing. Any advice is appreciated!

Mine is working again. Sometimes I wonder if it gets too tight on the wrist? Seems sporadic for the sleep tracking.
