So last thursday I decided to mow my lawn and in an attempt to get exercise minutes I wore my fitbit. When I finished my lawn and caught my breathe I was super excited to see how many minutes I had but my Fitbit wouldnt display.. I figured it might be too warm so I took it off and left it sit for close to two hours. In the meantime I was researching possible problems.
The battery had been at about 50 percent when I started the lawn and on average I charged it once a week on Sundays. So I read about resetting it. When I first plugged it in there was no lights. So I followed the reset process. Hit button on charger three times with a pause between within 8 seconds. Then it started to flash between the Fitbit symbol, a battery with a !, and the time which was two hours earlier (around the time it died). It finally stopped flashing and charging instead I left it charge for the night. When I grabbed it in the morning it wasnt recognizing my steps or heart rate and the green lights would not shut off. By then time I got to work it was dead and the battery symbol was back.
I have no idea what else to do. Any suggestions?
