Alta HR won’t charge

Battery on Alta HR has run out but I can't get it to charge. I know I got caught in rain last week but I don't think it got that wet!

Thanks for sharing those details. According to our Support team you already contacted them in regards to your Alta HR situation and they sent you an email with more details. I suggest keeping an open communication with them.

Hi

I had the same thing happen to me today. I was out biking and it rained briefly and when I next looked at my fitbit Alta HR it was flashing and cycling through the different screens like it was having a panic attack! I googled when I got home and reset it, and charged it, and followed all the advice and let the battery run down and now it won't even recognise the charger is attached. It seems it has died a tragic death - but can that really be from a rain shower? I thought it was supposed to be splash proof?

Agreed. Once it survived going through washing machine and tumble dryer,
but rain? That killed it
