My Alta HR is not being found when trying to sync to Fitbit app. I have a Samsung Galaxy 9 phone.

I understand you’re experiencing syncing issues. Your Samsung Galaxy 9 phone is indeed compatible with the Fitbit App which is great news. I would suggest trying to restart your Alta HR to see if that resolves the issue. You will not lose your data doing this.
