Hiya, after a few months of not using my Alta HR, I charged it up and away I went. Yesterday the steps it logged weren't accurate at all and when I went to sync it this morning to get the last couple of nights sleep patterns, the data has gone. What have I done? 🙈 Please and thank you 😊
