My Fitbit stopped syncing. I've turned off my phone. Reset the device, but not Fitbit symbol appears. I've deleted the device from the app and now am trying to reinstall. Nothing happens after many attempts.
The device still is recording my steps etc, but not syncing to app and now that I deleted it, I am unable to add it as a new device. My Fitbit is only just over a year old and never been wet.
How do I get it to work on the app again?

Thanks for troubleshooting this syncing issue. If you can't now pair your unit, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and make sure you have followed the steps there.
