Alta HR won't sync

Hello, 

My Alta HR refuses to Sync unless I prompt it to. How annoying~

Anyone else having this issue?

I’m not even able to force it to sync. The button is greyed out. Nothing since October 26

Sorry to hear that.  Mine worked great when I 1st got it but in the last 2 months I would say I have been having to force a sync as well. Hoping someone has an answer better than " time for a new one "
