The tracker is on, charged and plugged in. Bluetooth is on and allowed. I have turned Bluetooth off for 10+ seconds. I have reinstalled the app, as well as logging out and logging back in. I have rebooted the phone. This is a new phone, I have not had this device set up on this phone. The old device also would not sync, I guess because it did not have a sim card even though it did have wi-fi, it is currently not set up on the old phone either. I have also tried it on my iPad, without success. Could the tracker's Bluetooth not be working?

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue. I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
