I just got an iPhone 12 mini and when I go to my Bluetooth settings it won’t find my Alta HR. I made sure that the Alta was no longer connected to my old phone, but still no luck. It seems that it was a known issue with the Alta is not connecting to the iPhone 12s but I don’t know if that issue has been resolved yet.

Welcome to the Community, @e.asmall.
Thanks for troubleshooting this syncing issue. If you are having problems connecting your tracker with your phone, I recommend checking the article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
Let me know the outcome.
Best AnswerI tried all of the troubleshooting multiple times and it still won’t find my Fitbit via Bluetooth on the phone.
