Hello,
My Alta HR is not synchronizing anymore. I have followed all the steps in the Help section to try to solve it myself but unsuccessfully : check for updates, log off, log on, unistall applications, verify all parameters, etc etc. I believe I have tried everything that I could read in the help section.
The watch is fully charged, but on the screen it only displays : www.fitbit.com/set up and on the app : Synchronisation of your Alta HR is impossible. The phone I use is a Samsung and android is up to date.
Plus, the 24/7 chat is not working from the website (set up location is Belgium).
Could someone please help me in solving this ? Thanks a lot

Hi @Amélie165 Have you looked at THIS Help Article on syncing problems?
My usual 'fix'is to restart the tracker and the phone and try again. Sometimes the app needs to be uninstaller and reinstalled.
It may be that your Alta HR is nearing the end of its life as they have been discontinued for several years now. I hope you can get it syncing again.

Thanks a lot for your reply, unfortunately this doesn't work either... Would be crazy that it's end of life, it's like a bit more than 2 years old only 😞

I had this problem. Connect the tracker to power using the pwoer cord. Once plugged in press the reset button (circle) on the USB portion of the cord. The tracker will reset then sync your data.
