My Fitbit Alta hR will not stay on. It us fully charged and I have done the reboot process multiple times. (3 times each time) It stays on for about 5 minutes if I’m lucky. Occasionally a B little longer. Is there anything else that can be done. My old original Fitbit still works but the band is broken. Seems to soon to need to but a new one.

If you haven't done so yet, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
