My Fitbit Alta HR keeps dying. So it is fully charged, and working fine then suddenly the screen goes black. Green lights on the back are still working. I plug it in to charge and nothing happens.
I restart the device (press the use button 3 times within 4 seconds) it comes good and works fine. Syncs up. Then after a couple of hours it will crash again. Repeat cycle for days.
Whats going on? I have noticed that over night it hasn't been tracking my sleep properly and normally I would be doing 10-13k steps and its registering much lower.
HELP! I love my alta HR so don't want to replace it.

They never helped me. Essentially told me it was an issue they had and that was that. Got told to buy a new Fitbit so worst customer service ever.
