I've had my Alta HR for about 2 years. The sleep function has only shown basic information for months. Now the exercise function is not recording correct data. I've refreshed and followed all advice I can find. Has it simply come to the end of its life??

Hi @Feeanne - welcome to the forum. You should try restarting your Alta HR. Do it 3 times. That may help. Instructions are here. But if it is time to retire your old friend, here are a couple options to consider. 

  • If you like the size of your Alta HR, the Inspire 2 may be a goof choice for you. It is roughly the same size but with more functions. 
  • If you want to upgrade even more, take a look at the Versa series. The Versa 3 is the latest. 

The Alta HR was my long time favorite, until the Versa came along. I’ve had all three earlier versions and currently use the Versa 3. Lots of features in a very good looking watch!
