All of a sudden last night, my Alta HR will no longer swipe to show me my steps, or any other data. The only two things that I can get are the Time/date screen and the % charged screen. I put it on the charger to make sure that it was getting the full charge and it is. When I go to the app on my phone, it is still recording my steps, exercise, and number of hours with 250 and +steps. I refer to the data on my Fitbit throughout the day so that I know where I stand on exercise and steps. What can I do to view the other screens?

Hi @Avidwalk The usual fix for this type of issue is restarting your tracker a few times, so give that a go. Fi ngets crossed it fixes it

Restarting several times has not worked. Right now I am nursing it along by charging it every evening. It is showing date/time and still sending my Yeager in to my phone. Since it is 4 years old, I have ordered a newer version to replace it.
