Alta SmartTrack isn't working

Alta will not record exercise and more. It’s on auto but has not record it the last 2 days

SmartTrack recognizes an exercise that lasts at least 15 minutes. If your activities aren't recognized, lower the auto-exercise recognition setting to 10 minutes.
