I updated my Mac OS to Catalina and now my Alta and Alta HR will not sync with my dongle. The instructions say to turn Bluetooth on (It is already on!), but there is not a prompt for the dongle. Everything worked fine until I updated my OS. I could not find any instructions on syncing with the dongle. Please help! I need my Fitbit data now more than ever!

Doesn't your Mac have built in Bluetooth? You saw that you turned on Bluetooth and plugged in the Bluetooth dongle. This means you have two Bluetooth radios connected to the Mac. 

 

 

Try unplugging the dongle.
