I have an alta Fitbit and a iPhone X and they won’t sync I have tried everything so what’s up Fitbit???

Could you please confirm if these are the troubleshooting steps you've followed?. The ones suggested in this help article? 

Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

Also, please provide the operating system version that your iPhone X is running and let me know if you receive any kind of error while trying to sync.
