Alta blank screen

My Alta now only powers on and sync when plugged into the charger, will stay on until screen goes black after unplugging but powers off after it goes dark and will not respond to taps or swipes.

If your tracker's display is blank, I recommend restarting the unit by following the steps in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
