the device won't work below 75%charge. any insights?

Hi @meenakShi2811,

 

Have you restarted the device?  Just plug it into a computer and you should see a small black button on the base of the charger.  Press this rapidly and repeatedly for 10 seconds.  It should vibrate and show you the Fitbit logo once it's successfully restarted.
