Alta does not reset calorie count

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When I don't use my Alta for a day or more and I do it on again; it keeps my calorie count on 454.
So even when the device was not active. I have already reset the app and the alta itself, but it stays on calorie 454.

What can I do more?

Thanks.

Are you sure these are not just your BMR calories (those you burn just keeping your body alive)? These are tracked even when you are not wearing the fitbit so the 454 could be your BMR calories burned since the count reset at midnight.

This 454 is on my device when I take it out of the drawer. So when I haven't worn it for several days. Could this be my BMR calories then as well?

It could be although I would not expect it to be exactly 454 each day as the total depends on the time you look.
