Alta hr keeps turning off

Every few days my alta hr turns off and I have to restart. Plenty of battery. Today its already turned off twice. So Iim losing data as I never know its turned off until I'm checking my steps etc!

I hadn't checked my data till recently (it's now after 5 pm).  There was just no display, not the time, not steps, not sleep data, nothing.  Heartbeat says 70 but I'm sure that's not right since I just went for a walk.  I can log water intake. I hadn't received any notification that the battery is low, but I plugged it in anyway.  Can't see that anything is happening.  There are still 2 green dots on the underside.
