Alta hr notifications cannot select

I recently upgraded to an iPhone XS and my Fitbit is connected and synced but no longer vibrates or notifies me when calls come in. I go into the app and click on notifications about I'm unable to select it. I can click into silent alarms and other sections of the menu but not the notifications part. I'm on iOS 14.4 and I believe my Fitbit app is up to date

Hi @suzhiras Is the Alta HR still linked to your old phone? If you still have the old phone then go to the Bluetooth list and remove the Alta from the list. If you don't still have the phone (and it is not within range) then it shouldn't be a problem.
