Alta wont reset

Hey Community,

 

after reset my alta i see the fitibit logo and the newest version on the display. After unplugged the display goes to "sleep mode" and wont go on again till i plug it in. 

The phone connection works and other infos on the Display can be switched.

 

If its plugged again the battery level is on 70 percent.

 

I havent used it for two years. But its strange for me that the battery level is displayed.

 

Is the battery broken?

Hi @Prafessor Lithium Ion batteries hate being left flat for long periods, so it is likely the battery has given up. U fortunately there is probably nothing you can do. Sorry.
