Alta hr won't sync anymore

For the past two days my fitbit alta hr has stopped syncing with my android phone. I've tried forgetting the Bluetooth device and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it still doesn't work.

Maybe check to make sure your locations are turned on in both devices. Also check network connection.
