I have an alta. It won't sync or charge. I brought a charger from fitbit as new. Arrived yesterday. It still won't charge. Tried to reset. Still won't come on. Left it overnight still nothing. Spoke to customer service got disconnected and now cant get back on.
They said I had reset it on 19th of Jan last year. I haven't put the date on it. There wasn't any point but that's what sync says. Does that mean it's completely broken and won't work again. Can I get it repaired.

Sorry to hear this, @Rizzoli1221 - The Alta is a pretty old model. It may be time to consider a new Fitbit device. The Inspire HR is similar in size and offers more features than the Alta. Same goes for the newest device - the Charge 4.
