Hi @Enjoy12,

 

Are you sure you have an Alta and not a Charge 4?  You posted this is the Charge 4 forum but then started talking about the Alta, which is a completely different tracker.  Which one do you have so that I can make sure your post is in the appropriate forum?

Restarted the Alta hr but still got black lines going though the white picture
