For some unidentified reason my Fitbit Alta stops and freezes at 65%. It is somewhat a dead battery. Syncing becomes impossible and the tracker cannot register any more activity (steps, miles etc...).
Because of that I have to charge my Fitbit every day and so I lack the use of my tracker for some time. It is most inconvenient. I had issues with another Fitbit Alta last year and the Fitbit company replace it and this one is the replacement.
I had it for less than a year. I must say I am disappointed. I use a Samsung 9 android telephone. If you could give me a pointer or a trick to avoid this problem, I would really like it. I love my Fitbit Alta and I would like to continue with your services. Thank you.
