Hi, I got my Alta out of the drawer today after not using it for a couple of years... Charged it and it was able to sync with my phone. However, once I disconnect it from the charger, it seems to not work, and it no longer able to sync with my phone. The app says no devices found. Any suggestions or similar experience people had?

When these batteries are not charged for long periods of time it destroys them and they are not usable. Sorry
