Same has been happening to my fitbit a lot recently so i just did an online chat with customer services & explained I'd done the usual - connected to the charger & pressed the re-set button on the cable which takes a while to work. Was told to clean my fitbit charging points with an alcohol wipe which I do already & was given a troubleshoot link all of which I'd tried. But now told my warranty is up on my device so need to buy a new one. 😞

Just shows they are not built to last,why can't this issue be fixed..no wonder they keep bringing out new ones ,you are to use for a few months and throw away...very frustrating

I assumed that would be the case, I won't be buying another one as it is not worth it only for a product to last such a short period of time. Poor quality if it only lasts 1.5 years.
