Alta syncs then displays LESS steps!?!

Brand new out of box. Removed old Alta from account. Added new one. I had 15,010 steps when I connected it... correct. Walked 37 steps, display showed 15,047. Forced sync... Then displayed 15,010. What?!? Tried again. Same result 4 times in a row.

Hi @BruceMan7  where did you buy a new Alta? They were retired a while back. Did you check for any firmware updates?
