Alta keeps restarting itself

Haven’t been using my Alta for a while, getting back into a bit of fitness so charged the Alta but it keeps cutting off until I plug it into the charger again then it restarts. Tried the reset and battery is fully charged. Any ideas please ??

Hi @Argyllmf12 It sounds very much as if your Alta HR (which must be fairly old as it has been discontinued for some years now) is dying. The only thing likely to helps is trying Restarting    it multiple times. I doubt it can be revived, but give that a try.

I am having the same issue and after reading several posts in this community, we are not the only ones.  I have had my Alta and use it for several years, however, in the last few months, my Alta completely stops once I reach my daily 10,000 steps.
