Alta not charging

What does that mean? And is there anything else I can do to get it to charge?

Thanks for your post and the details that were shared with me. To resolve this, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. The message you get on your Alta display after restarting it is current firmware version your Fitbit is running.
