Alta not syncing

Need help syncing my Alta, I have an iPhone 11.

Thank you for sharing this information about what you've been experiencing with your Alta device not syncing. Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems?

 

In addition, please make sure to check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app.  

 

I've also been informed that you already got in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. Let me know if you receive a reply from them.
