Alta not working outside charging cable

Hi my Alta is not working once I remove from charge and put it on my hands for using. It switches on once I put for charging, and later once removed from charging it switches off.

If you are having problems with your tracker not working outside the charger, I recommend restarting the unit by following the steps in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
