Alta only works while charging

Whenever I'm.putting the alta on charge it's display works but as I take it out display not working. I need battery replacement.

Hi @Shirinsam  when you tap the Alta, do you see anything? It's not made to stay lit all the time. There is no battery replacement for these devices.
